Product Description

The principle of one-time sealed packaging and forming body mounted packaging is to use a low viscosity composite film, place the material on the tray or film of the lower template, and in a vacuum state, the heat generated by the heating plate is sent to the vacuum chamber through the exhaust port, and the low viscosity composite film is instantly heated and combined together to achieve the effect of vacuum packaging. Packaging involves heating and softening the film before shrinking it, so there is no phenomenon of puncturing the film when packaging items with sharp corners or hard thorns. This type of packaging has no damage rate.

The vacuum pump adopts Dalutong DLT-V0100100 single stage oil film vacuum pump, with a fully 304 stainless steel frame structure and a 6mm stainless steel upper cover.
