1.Machine introduction:
Summary:
KT series of Food Dehydrator Machine is a new type of centrifugal degreasing oil machine made for the great users by our company. The material of this machine adopts the stainless steel for a special purpose of high quality foodstuffs machine, which is steady and durable, beautiful and graceful.
This machine adopts the relay to control and adjust the time what display by the numeral. The time of degreasing oil may be adjusted by the users according to the degreasing oil ratio of each kind of fried food. The uses may adjust the brake time within 1 to 9 seconds. This machine uses 380V electrical source, and its operation is simple, sanitary and convenient.
Frame of main body:
The main frame of this machine is composed of frame body, swivel drum, outer drum, electromagnetism brake electrical machinery, and electrical control equipment.
Operation:
1.Place the machine on the level ground.
2.There are the bolt holes on the bottom foot of the machine, use expanding bolt to fix the machine on the ground.
3.Link the electrical source of the machine according to the elements drawing of the electrical equipment .
4.Before operation of the first time, please launder the swivel drum and outer drum in advance. Take a jerrican under the exit of the draining off oil (Please prepare the jerrican by the user.)
5.Put the fried foods into the Swivel drum deployed with this machine and place them level and smooth, then take the swivel drum into the swing oil machine. After make sure that the inserting orientating pin of the swivel drum has been completely inserted into the orientation of the swivel drum, and lid the cover of the outer drum, thenpress the startup switch of the swing oil machine, the inner drum starts working and turn. When the working time setting up is over, the machine will stop running and brake automatically. Then lift the swivel drum and take out the products in the swivel drum, the work is over.
Operation for the electrical equipment:
1.Turn-on the switch of the main power source, the indicator light of the electrical source will be lighted.
2.After set up the degreasing oil time and brake extending time, the machine may work normally.
3.Manual of the collocation on the electrical indicating board.
Warning:
 
1.The connection must be done strictly according to the elements drawing of the electrical equipment, the crust of the machine must be connected with the ground (there is a ground connection bolt set up on the machine - and there is a grounding sign on the place of the grounding connection bolt), the creepage cutout must be connected separately by the user, strictly prohibit to touch the parts of the electrical appliance when they are electrified.
 
2. During the period of the swing oil machine running, be sure that don't open the cover on the outer drum,don't take the hand into the swivel drum or append the food into the swivel drum.
3. Check that the bolts fixed the underpan of the swivel drum become flexible or not at regular intervals of 3-5 days.
4.Be sure to cut off the electrical source, when the operator is off the machine.
5.Maintain the machine once a month at least, the filth on the bottom of the inner drum should be cleaned up in time.
