Product Description

The feeding temperature is less than 20 ºC (middle temperature), and the products continuously enter the tunnel type quick freezing machine from the feeding port. The mesh belt runs continuously, making the materials move forward during the quick freezing process. It has high efficiency in freezing a large amount of products below -35 ºC and in a very short time, To achieve continuous operation, the intermediate temperature of frozen items should be frozen to -18 ºC to ensure that nutrients do not lose and the product remains unchanged in color and transparent. Frozen food maintains its original quality entirely at low temperatures, without the need for any preservatives or additives. Therefore, frozen food has the characteristics of being delicious, fresh, convenient, fast, healthy, and hygienic.
