1.Machine Introduction:
Design Structure
1.All parts of equipment are made of high quality microwave electric components:
   1) It uses 16 pieces of magnetrons which is original Korea Samsung or Toshiba (rated power 1000 w), high efficiency, strong ability to resist load, long life , use Taiwan built fan DP200A air-cooled heat protection device.
   2) It adopts special transformer WBL-1000A with overheating protection (high voltage 100      kv transformer, high quality transformer for full copper core 8.0 kg of a real transformer industry, and design for double air-cooled heat protection).
   3) The specifications of ultra-high voltage capacitor is (1.05 uf 2500 v) and more stable and
durable than the conventional (1.0 uf 2300 v) performance.
   4) (CL04-12) high-voltage silicon stack (its chip is made in Japan), the reverse repetitive peak voltage can reach 12kv, positive commutation current is 450mA, and checked by practice, durable, entirely suitable for microwave equipment.
2. Equipment adopts the cylindrical heating cavity body, which is made of 8 mm 304 # stainless steel plate,ensure to bear pressure, can be uses for a long time without deformation, conform to the requirements of GMP of pharmaceutical industry and QS of food industry.The phase complementary form microwave energy supply with elaborate design, ensure the normal operation of magnetron completely, with superior output matching performance, prolong service life.
3.According to the drying characteristic of this material,It adopts complementary feed way distribution on power density distribution of the microwave heater, carefully designed each layer 2 complementary feed mouth scanning waveguide type, only after a large number of theory and practice can design the microwave waveguide to ensure the normal operation of magnetron completely, the output matching performance is superior, the uniform heated material more thoroughly and longer the service life of the microwave tube and transformer core, such as the original.
   4.The machine adopts multi-open feed of heating body side, well-designed phase form complementary feed mouth (microwave power density designed according to the feeding situation), microwave waveguide is designed after a large number of theory and practices, so as to ensure the normal and complete operation of magnetron,with superior output matching performance, the materials heated more evenly and thoroughly,extend the service life of the core components such as microwave tube and transformer etc.
   5. Outside frame and plate etc. are all made of stainless steel material,look nice.
   6.On side of heating chamber open door large,with choke device, to ensure microwave equipment don't leak after long-term use,ensure use safety,convenient for production operation.
   7.Chamber adopts horizontal rotating tray technology (make material dry quickly and even), a total of 8 layers, each layer height of about 120 mm, wheel diameter is about 750mm.
   8.The humidity-discharging device of vacuum pump and chamber is connect at the bottom and upper part of vacuum chamber, with multiple vacuum water outlets.
   9. There are cooling devices set at the microwave generator and power supply,to ensure every electrical components without damaging and aging after long-term work.

The Control System
   1. The machine is equipped with total control panel. It looks beautiful and simple.It can display the temperature of the materials in the chamber and the condition of the components.Through this total control panel,you can adjust the power of the machine,control the drying time,ect.
   2. There is one unit of infrared temperature measurement system(LT-05) at the top of equipment chamber,they are made by Raytek Inc in America. It can control the temperature of the materials(temperature range:0-500 degree), the heat preservation temperature can be adjusted freely.You can adjust the drying temperature ,drying time and interval time,to realize continuous and discontinuous drying.
