Product Description

Milk Pasteurization machine is mainly used to sterilize milk, goat milk, camel milk and other dairy products, and can also be used to sterilize liquids such as beer, egg liquid, honey, soy milk, etc.

This machine is cooled to 40°C for about 30 minutes, and the refrigeration tank is cooled from 40°C to 2-6°C for about 60 minutes.The water cooling of the sterilization tank is cooled to 40ºC, and the cooling tank is cooled to 2-6ºC.

Sterilization process:

The heating tube heats the right water tank, and the hot water temperature rises. It enters the interlayer of the tank through a circulating pump, causing the temperature of the milk inside the tank to rise.

Cooling process:

Close the valve of the hot water tank, fill the inlet with cold water, and the cold water flows in the interlayer of the tank, causing the milk temperature to drop below 45 degrees. Close the water inlet, turn on the compressor and stir, the milk temperature continues to drop to 2-6 degrees, and store at low temperature.
