The coconut juice extraction assembly line is a set of coconut processing equipment independently developed by our company. It is mainly used for customers in coconut processing to extract and filter coconut juice. The extracted and filtered coconut juice can be directly filled, and the coconut shell enters the next processing step.
The coconut juice extraction assembly line mainly consists of a juice extraction system, a filtration and storage system, a vacuum negative pressure system, and a circulating cleaning system. Customers can also choose cutting equipment, conveying equipment, and filling equipment according to their own needs. (The tank body and juice extraction station can be selected according to the actual production volume).
Coconut juice extraction device, set up at 10 workstations, with a visible device for bad juice that can be discharged, equipped with a filtering device, and a separate cleaning cycle car. Also can be equipped with coconut cutting machines and other machines to extract coconut meat.
