1. This machine is a plane automatic conveying type sand blasting machine, and the conveying speed can be controlled by frequency conversion digital control. The blasting speed is fast. Stable processing quality and simple operation.
2. The workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt during operation, and the sandblasting operation is automatically completed, which is simple and convenient.
3. The blasting arc of sandblasting can be adjusted.
4. Spray guns and spray gun racks can be placed according to the size of the workpiece and can be rotated 720 degrees to facilitate sandblasting of various workpieces.
5. Equipped with large dust collector and special sand material and dust cyclone separator, which can separate sand material and dust, reduce sand material consumption and environmental pollution. Sand material can be recycled automatically.
6. This machine is equipped with 12 spray guns, each of which is individually controlled and equipped with a blow gun, which can reduce the sand material attached to the workpiece after processing.

Overview of processing method of conveying type automatic sand blasting machine:
1. According to the width of the workpiece to be processed, determine the number of spray guns to meet the sandblasting needs of different specifications of the workpiece.
2. Turn on the power switch, the light is on, and the motor of the ventilation and dust removal system is turned on; add qualified sand.
3. Clamp the workpiece on the fixture and place it on the conveyor in sequence.
4. The workpiece passes through the blasting chamber with the conveyor belt at a constant speed, and the blasting gun is driven by the motor to reciprocate and swing the blasting process.
5. The processed workpiece passes through the blowing room, and the air gun blows off the residual sand on the surface of the workpiece, and the worker removes the sandblasted workpiece.
6. There should be more than 2 operators. (One put and one take)
