1. Machine introduction:
1) This machine adopts a beater of raw material, a roasting host, two pumping machine, two core machine, conveyor belt. Formula raw material mix in pulper, pumping machine baking bake to host round drum, with scraper scrape soft vermicelli after baking, into the roll mandrel shaft (native equipping secondary mandrel shaft) round bar, cut into the required length, use of grooves to the conveyor belt to collect.
2) This egg roll making machine we adopt the PLC program control with Touchscreen, with simply operation, it can control the specific weight of the stuff very accurately.
3) Process flows:
Dough Mixer → Material Feeder → Baking Oven → Coloring → Rolling Cutting → Cooling.
