The main functions of sterilization and homogenization aging machine are: pasteurization (heating), homogenization and agitation, aging (cooling).
These three functions can be completed as a whole or as a separate body. Heating temperature to + 90 ºC, aging temperature to 2 ºC.
Function of sterilization homogenizing aging machine:

4). after aging, the temperature of 2 ºC meets the hygienic standard, which can keep the remaining slurry fresh.
5). effectively deal with the secondary pollution of ice cream raw materials.
