Egg Grading Machine:
Egg Grading Machine is used for sorting eggs into different grade by weight. The main constitutes are including eggs conveying belts, eggs groove, eggs grader and filtrating floor. This eggs sorting machine is suitable for various kinds of eggs like hen eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs or any other eggs. It's very fit for egg processing factory, poultry eggs farming market or egg producing company. We have different models with different capacity and materials to meet different demand of you.
Egg Washing and Drying Machine:
1. Receiving egg water tank, laying eggs in the water: Pour the entire egg frame into the water tank. Due to the buoyancy of the water, the eggs will not be damaged.
2. Brush cleaning and sterilization: During cleaning, a new circular egg guide mold is used to transport eggs into several wear-resistant silk brushes for horizontal high-speed operation and brushing. The new circular egg guide mold can avoid damage to eggs when subjected to high-speed and high force brushing with a hard brush.
3. Egg drying: The cleaned egg enters the axial flow fan of the conveyor to quickly blow off most of the water droplets on the egg, and is dried through the air nozzle to remove most of the water droplets on the surface of the egg.
Jacketed Kettle:
The steam jacketed pot uses steam as the heat source and has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, fast material heating, uniform heating, and easy control of heating temperature.
Egg Shelling Machine:
This machine is a specialized device used for peeling cooked eggs. The machine can automatically break and peel boiled eggs without damaging them.
