Product Description
This machine mainly is used to churn Mochi, New Year cake, cake regiment or glutinous rice starch and so on, and then to process them to be mature.
Machine Characteristics:
1. The barrel and mixing blade (hexagonal rod) of this machine are made of stainless steel, which meets national hygiene requirements. There are fixed paddles at the bottom of the barrel. When the machine rotates, the mixing paddles and fixed paddles produce shearing, squeezing, and other effects on the material, which effectively protects the molecular structure of the material. During the mixing process, steam is used to heat the materials while stirring, ensuring even mixing and maturity.
2. This machine adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer and a manual turbine worm for material feeding, with low noise, smooth transmission, flexibility, and long service life
3. This machine uses low-pressure steam (less than 1 bar), which is energy-saving, safe, and better protects material toughness.
4. This machine adopts automatic timed mixing, alarm reminder when the time comes, and electric material pouring, which is convenient for operation.
5. This machine adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor and an imported frequency converter.
