This machine tool is a semi-automatic gear hobbing machine, and the semi-automatic cycle is entirely achieved by mechanical structure. Stable and reliable work, easy to operate. This machine tool uses the principle of generating to process in volute gears and is suitable for rolling cylindrical spur gears, helical gears, and turbines in batch or single piece small batch production. When rolling cylindrical gears, the 'reverse milling method' or 'forward milling method' can be used for feed, while when rolling turbines, manual radial feed is used.
This machine uses high-speed steel rolling cutters or high-speed steel coated rolling cutters for operation. During machining, it can perform one or several cutting passes according to the workpiece module size and accuracy level. When cutting is completed, the machine can automatically stop. The knife slide can move quickly.
The worktable speed shall not exceed 5 revolutions per minute.
