working principle:
Utilize ultrasonic transducers to act on the mold head area of the material, and then create close contact with the bottom mold shape edge. The ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the material area within the range of the ultrasonic mold head through the ultrasonic mold head. Due to the large sound insulation resistance between the bottom mold shape edge and the ultrasonic mold head, local high temperatures are generated. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the material, it cannot dissipate in a timely manner and accumulates in the bottom mold
The energy of the shape edge causes the material to rapidly melt and fuse apart, thereby achieving the functions of forming, fusing, and cutting edges.
