The chili sauce production line is composed of air bubble cleaner, vibration drain machine, air dryer, chili grinder, cooking jacketed kettle, fully automatic chili sauce bottling and filling machine, fully automatic capping machine, high-temperature sterilization autoclave and other machines. The entire production line is made of food grade stainless steel material and is suitable for medium and large food processing factories. Advanced design, easy to use, low energy consumption, high efficiency, in compliance with food hygiene standards.
(1) Air Bubble cleaning machine: High pressure water flow and bubble generation device impact the surface of the cleaned chili, which will have an impact and scrubbing effect on the surface of the chili, cleaning it thoroughly.
(2) Vibration drainage machine: mainly used to evenly distribute chili peppers onto conveying equipment through high-frequency vibration, which helps to evenly transport and drain cleaned chili peppers;
(3) Strong flow air dryer: using a high air volume, low-noise fan to blow dry naturally. Repeatedly flipping and conveying, with a reverse wind device to prevent blind spots from drying, the air dryer has a good drying effect, and the equipment adopts variable frequency conveying with adjustable speed for smooth conveying.
(4) Stainless steel conveyor belt: used for conveying materials in food processing and other fields.
(5) Chili grinder: This machine uses multiple pairs of knives to quickly cut and crush chili peppers.
(6) Cooking jacketed kettle: mainly used for stirring and stir frying chili sauce. During the stirring process, scrape the bottom and edges, stir 360 degrees without dead corners, and there will be no sticking or burning of the pot,
(7) Fully automatic chili sauce filling machine: The filling volume adjustment handle and filling speed can be freely adjusted, with high filling accuracy. Fill the cabin walls with anti drip, anti stretch, and lifting filling devices.
(8) Fully automatic capping machine: The fully automatic bottle cap sorting, capping, and capping machine adopts a dual motor design. Its working principle is to tighten the bottle cap by clamping the bottle body with a cylinder and driving four sets of friction wheels to rotate the bottle cap with dual motors. Adjustable screw torque and fast screw speed.
(9) High temperature sterilization autoclave: This machine is mainly used for high-temperature disinfection of filled chili sauce. After one-time sterilization, the shelf life of food can reach more than one year, with stable performance and accurate temperature control to ensure the standard and uniformity of sterilization effect.
