All components are installed on a solid and compact stainless steel frame. This machine is easy to operate. The refrigeration system consists of a freezing cylinder, two scroll compressors, two high-efficiency condensers, one economizer, one expansion valve and some other accessories. R404A refrigerant can be used to operate at low temperature. Its function is the same as that of two-stage compressor, and it is more stable.
The machine mixes the filtered air into the ice cream to achieve the required expansion rate, while cooling and mixing the air ice cream raw materials,
Produce viscous ice cream products and deliver ice cream to other machines through pipes through pressure.
The ice cream freezer compulsively freezes and mixes ice cream ingredients, and the ice cream can reach 100% expansion.
Imported refrigeration components are used, which has high efficiency and low energy consumption. It has a special evaporator with good cooling effect and stable product quality.
All food contact parts of the machine are made of stainless steel and the parts that need cleaning are easy to disassemble and install.

Function :
1. Filter system for purification of compressed air
2. The pump suction for mixing up air with stuff before sending to congealing tube;

5. Cooling system contact to congealing cylinder to make it cooling down.
6. Electric system to control all operations.
7. Ice cream pump to give output and adjust the pressure of congealing cylinder.
8. Automatically frost melting with cip cleaning system,the pump with dual-piston and star-moon construction.
