This line use soap grain as production material,its capacity is 1000kg/h.After mixing raw material,grinding,vacuum forming,printing, middle and top grade toilet soaps are produced,the fatty acid content of soap is between 55-70%.This line adopt Duplex Vacuum Plodder,make the soap structure tight,not easy to get dry and cracked.

It can better finish the molding and printing process requirements of soap. The imported linear sliding guide reduces the friction coefficient between parts greatly, improves the movement accuracy and the movement flexibility.
